Registration
You must register to attend the Symposium. The total number of registrations will be limited. If you are interested in attending the Symposium, please register early.
Registration will open for IEEE members on 18 April and to nonmembers on 25 April. Online registration will remain open though Monday, 12 May, or until the Symposium sells out, whichever comes first.

How to Register
The preferred way to register is online, using a credit card.
If you cannot pay with a credit card, contact the Symposium by email for instructions on how to register by mail and pay with a check. For checks returned to the Denver PELS Chapter, a fee of $50 will be charged.
At The Symposium
When you arrive at the Boulder Marriott, please stop by the Registration Table outside the Montrachet Ballroom to sign in and pick up the name badge needed for entrance to the Symposium.
The Registration Table will open at 8:15 am and remain open until 2:30 pm.
Included In The Registration
Included in the registration is admission to the Symposium presentations. Also included are coffee breaks with light refreshments before the presentations begin and at the morning and afternoon breaks.
Registration does not include any printed record of the presentations, breakfast or lunch.
There will be a 90 minute break for attendees to have lunch. In addition to the restaurant in the hotel, there is a variety of restaurants within a few minutes walk of the hotel.
Lunch Option
For those attendees that are interested in intellectual property issues, Sheridan Ross, PC, a local law firm specializing in intellectual property is hosting a complimentary "lunch and learn" discussion session. A full description of the discussion is in the detailed program.
You can register for this luncheon at the same time as you register for the Symposium. Attendance is limited.

Refunds and Substitutions
Once a registration is complete, no refunds will be granted.
The original registrant can appoint a substitute for no additional charge. The original registrant should send an email message to the Symposium with their name and the name of the person who will be attending their place. Substitution by email must be submitted by Thursday, 15 May.
The original registrant may also write a letter appointing their replacement. The replacement must bring the signed letter to the registration desk at Symposium to receive their admission badge.
